Returns and Exchanges
All goods over £20 are sent requiring a signature on delivery. Non-personalised items will be dispatched within 3 working days of receipt of order. If, for any reason there is likely to be a delay in a non-personalised order the customer will be informed and given the option to cancel the order.
Returns, with the exception of personalised goods, are accepted for all online sales provided Ooak Gifts is informed of this by email within 14 days of receipt of goods.
Returned goods must be received in original condition for refund.
Buyer is responsible for return postage costs and original postage costs (if any) cannot be refunded.
A signed-for or tracked system must be used to ensure safe return of goods as proof of posting is not proof of delivery. In the case of personalised items, these may be returned for a refund only if found to be faulty. Items regarded as 'personalised' are identified as such on the sales pages.

In the unlikely event that goods prove faulty
All goods are carefully checked prior to dispatch to ensure they are in good condition.
Ooak Gifts must be notified of any problem with goods received within 14 days of delivery and not returned until confirmation has been received from Ooak Gifts by email.
No refund will be made if goods have been misused and any instructions not followed.
Delivery costs are only refunded if goods were found to be faulty.
